WARRANTY & REPAIRS

At Maquia, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their jewelry purchases. That's why we offer a 4-month warranty for any repairs required for your Maquia pieces.

To request a warranty or repair, please send an email to contact@maquia.co with the subject line "Warranty" or "Repair". In your email, please include your name, a description of the repair needed, a photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

Please note that the warranty applies only to damages that are not caused by improper care, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use. Additionally, you must present the invoice to receive the warranty repair services.

For repairs outside of the 4-month warranty period, we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and provide a repair quote. Any associated shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
