RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Maquia Jewelry, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange or return within the specified time frame.
Exchanges:
- To request an exchange, please send an email to contact@maquia.co with the subject line "Exchange" followed by your order number and name.
- Exchanges can be requested within 21 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange.
- Items on sale or with a discount cannot be exchanged.
Returns:
- To request a return, please send an email to contact@maquia.co with the subject line "Return" followed by your order number and name.
- Returns can be requested within 5 days of product delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return.
- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
- Items on sale or with a discount cannot be returned.
Note: We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, repairs, and exchanges. In case of manufacturing defects, items can be returned and exchanged for any product of the same retail price stated at the moment of purchase.
